Regimen of the sick during Homœopathic Treatment

  1. Food (Light, digestible, nourishing) is the best TONIC, water is the best BEVERAGE.

  2. Don't overload your Stomach. Regularity in time of eating, sleeping and rising is of great importance

  3. Avoid spices, alcohol, chocolate, coffee, HONEY, vinegar, tobacco, COSMETICS, perfumes, garlic, onions, ginger, cloves, domestic medicines, herb teas, poultices, ointments, laxatives and the articles forbidden by the physician.

  4. Homœopathic medicines should not be taken too soon after eating; and for about an hour after taking them the patient had better abstain from eating or the use of tobacco and if possible from much mental or bodily exertion.


  1. हल्का, सुपाच्य एवं संतुलित भोजन सर्वोत्तम टानिक है तथा पानी सर्वोत्तम पेय.

  2. भूख से कम भोजन करें. नियत समय पर भोजन करना, सोना एवं जागना चाहिये.

  3. मसाले, मदिरा (एल्कोहल युक्त पेय), चाकलेट, काफी, शहद, सिरका, धूम्रपान, पान मसाला, सौन्दर्य प्रसाधन, इत्र, लहसुन, प्याज, अदरक, लौंग, इलायची, घरेलू औषधियां, पुल्टिस, मलहम एवं चिकित्सक द्वारा वर्जित अन्य वस्तुएं न प्रयोग करें.

  4. भोजन के शीघ्र बाद औषधि न लें, औषधि लेने से एक घण्टा पहले एवं बाद तक भोजन, चाय, तम्बाखू आदि का सेवन न करें तथा अत्यधिक शारीरिक व मानसिक श्रम से बचें.


परहेज न करने का अर्थ है, अपने दाँतों से अपनी कब्र खोदना।

सबसे बडा दीन-दुर्बल वह है, जिसका अपने ऊपर नियंत्रण नहीं है।
